1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at eclipsevieweyewear@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. Once you receive your RA number, pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us at the address provided along with the RA number.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
